Corken Z3500 Z Sliding Vane Pump

The six blade Z-Series Coro-Vane pumps have blade drivers and a revolutionary needle roller thrust bearing with a 4,000 lb. rating. The pump is shielded by the needle roller thrust bearings from the drive system's dynamic impact loads. Truck applications reduce the likelihood of premature failures brought on by axial thrust loads. They are designed with O-rings throughout and have a working pressure rating of 400 psi (28.6 bar). The non-adjustable internal relief valve is pre-set at the factory and does not need modifications in the field because LPG (propane & butane) and agricultural ammonia applications make up the majority of the applications for Z-model sliding vane pumps. For other liquefied gases with high vapour pressures, such as natural gas liquids (NGLs), refrigerants, CO2, and many more, Z-Series pumps are an excellent choice.

  • Design with six blades and blade drivers.
  • New silicon carbide seal seat on a mechanical seal.
  • whole O-ring construction.
  • Internal relief valve is not changeable and is pre-set at the factory.
  • Developed for light liquids such as ammonia, propane, butane, and butane
