Corken CDBN1022 High Pressure Sliding Vane Pump

Industrial sliding vane pumps of the CD series are intended to operate at a maximum working pressure of 400 psi (27.6 bar). With self-adjusting vanes, the sliding vane design maintains a constant level of pumping efficiency over the course of the pump's lifespan. They include a wide range of mechanical sealing options, an adjustable internal relief valve, and are built using a combination of gaskets and O-rings. Ideal for petroleum products with low vapour pressures, including fuel, lubricating, and petroleum-based oils, as well as for thin liquids like alcohols and solvents.

Pushrods are glass-filled Teflon® and vanes are Ryton®.
All other seal components are made of steel, with a seat option of stainless steel.
Viton®, Teflon®, Neoprene®, Ethylene Propylene, and Kalrez are further elastomers that can be used for seals and O-rings.

Performance is maximised by sliding vanes that self-adjust.
Reversible sideplates and the cam can be changed.
Simple and affordable maintenance: You can quickly replace the internals without messing with the plumbing by just taking off the pump head.
They are ideal for liquefied gases since they can manage small amounts of vapour.
Clearing suction and discharge lines is made much easier by excellent suction lift.
