This skid is designed to achieve a flow rate of approximately 1,000 liters per minute (LPM) at a pump speed of 640 revolutions per minute (rpm). The purpose of the skid is to efficiently transfer fuel in bulk applications, ensuring quick and smooth transfers with minimal pressure loss.

Corken Coro-vane pumps are known for their positive displacement and vane pump technology, which makes them suitable for various industrial applications, including fuel transfer.
The pump is directly coupled to an explosion-proof (Ex-proof) motor with a gear reducer. This type of motor is designed to operate safely in environments where explosive gases or materials might be present. The gear reducer helps to reduce the speed and torque output of the pump to match the desired flow rate and conditions.

Liquid Controls flow meter on the skid is used to measure the real-time transacted volume of the fuel. It provides accurate information about the amount of fuel being transferred, which is essential for monitoring and controlling the process.

The explosion-proof control panel is responsible for controlling the pump system. It includes features such as manual start/stop controls and auto trip functionality. The indication lamps provide visual feedback on the status of the pumping system.

Quality is also strictly verified. Our custom-built skids undergo quality tests based on the same standards that apply to the rest of the equipment. Standards include performance tests, mechanical run test, vibration assessment and analysis, critical speed map, troubleshooting and failure analysis .This is to enable operators to use high-quality equipment safely for a long period of time.
