Samoa 1” AODD Pump, DF100, Conductive Acetal-PTFE-PTFE

Double diaphragm air-operated pumps for a range of fluid distribution tasks, including dosing, spraying, transferring, evacuating, and evacuation. Excellent for paint, varnish, and solvent-based flexo and gravure inks as well as the majority of ketones, acetates, aldehydes, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Suitable for common applications with moderate flow rates. Pump wetted parts can be used in corrosive settings and are compatible with even the most abrasive fluids. Polypropylene is used to construct the air motor, including the air directional valve and air chamber coverings. In potentially explosive environments (Ex II2 GD IIB/IIC 95 °C), this model of pump is fully groundable and ATEX certified.
