Blackmer S Series Triple Screw Pumps

A type of positive displacement rotatory pump used for handling clear, lubricating fluids with no solid component is the Blackmer® S Series Triple Screw Pump. A male drive spindle, two female secondary spindles, and the case housing the three screws make up the internal components of the triple screw pump. The three rotating screws and the case form a sealed chamber that moves at a constant speed in an axial direction. Liquid flows continuously and smoothly from suction to discharge along the axial direction in the sealed chamber throughout the male drive screw rotation.

Applications in the chemical process, general industrial, energy, transportation, and commercial marine markets are all well-suited for the robust triple screw pump range. These reliable pumps have low noise levels, require little upkeep, are self-priming, and are eco-friendly. They offer differential pressures up to 100 bar (1,450 psi) and flow rates between 2 and 2,600 L/min (0.5 to 685 gpm). Temperatures up to 150°C (302°F) and viscosities between 3 and 5,000 mm2/s (cSt) are handled by S Series pumps.
