Our hard wired, ATEX certified, electronic Sealed Delivery System (SDS) provides electronic load sealing integrity. It also makes available the means to reduce vapor loss and eliminate tank top dipping. SDS utilizes electronic sensing technology together with proven engineered components to create an integrated, on-board electronic sealing solution.

The SDS API Adapter working in union with the pneumatic Emergency Valve, Manifold Valves and optionally with Manhole Cover sensors provides an electronic seal for individual tanker compartments, recording any movement and wet/dry status between loading and discharge.

LCD Display: Individual compartment status LCD display with picture symbols to cross language barriers.
Audit Trail: The audit trail is non-volatile and records up to 3000 events (10 weeks at 5 trips per day).
Data Download or Printer: Data can either be printed in a sorted or unsorted manner and if a printer is not required the PDC can have a data download port incorporated.
Onboard system: The entire system is ‘stand-alone’ and self powered requiring no external devices to operate it.
Operating Temperature: -20 to +50deg C
Increased security, safety and payload: Sealed manhole covers may be used and tank top walkway, handrail and ladder removed
