Sliding Vane Pumps

Corken’s positive displacement sliding-vane pumps are known as a Coro-Vane® pump.  The self-adjusting sliding vanes deliver higher pumping efficiencies and extend the life of the pump. The rotor, cam, sideplates, seals and bearings are easily replaced by simply removing the pump cover. Most of Corken's sliding vane pumps are equipped with an adjustable internal relief valve. AYTC offers several models of positive displacement, sliding vane pumps for wide range of vapor pressures, differential pressures, and viscosities. The drive options include magnetic drive, hydraulic drive, gear reduced, and belt driven. Liquids suitable for our sliding vane pumps include but are not limited to aviation fuel, fuel oil, lube oil, solvents and liquefied gases such as LPG, ammonia, and CO2.

CP-Models Sliding Vane Pumps

Corken's CP-model pumps are ideal for petroleum products with low vapor pressures such as petroleum based oils, fuel oils, lube oils and thin liquids such as alcohols and solvents. These pumps utilize gasket and O-ring construction and feature a adjustable internal relief valve. Multiple mechanical sealing options are available.

PT-Models Sliding Vane Pumps

Corken's PT model pumps are designed specifically for petroleum products and industrial solvents. Unlike the CP- and CD-models, the cam and side plates are not replaceable. Adjustable internal relief valve. Fewer mechanical sealing options than the CP- and CD-models.

CD-Models Sliding Vane Pumps

Corken's CD model pumps are designed for liquids with high vapor pressures such such as CO2, ammonia, LPG, and refrigerants. These pumps feature O-ring construction throughout the pump, adjustable internal relief valve and multiple mechanical sealing options.

PZ-Models Sliding Vane Pumps

Corken's PZ model pumps are designed for petroleum products and industrial solvents. Unlike the CP- and CD-models, the cam is not replaceable but you can replace the side plates. These pumps are featured an adjustable internal relief valve and have fewer mechanical sealing options than the CP- and CD-models.

Standard Model Sliding Vane Pumps

Corken's standard model sliding vane pumps are designed for propane, butane and ammonia. The pump is constructed with O-ring and the Internal relief valve is preset at the factory and is not adjustable. This pump uses standard mechanical sealing options only.

The Z model sliding vane pumps are the newest sliding vane pumps offered by Corken and are designed for propane, butane and ammonia. The internal relief valve is preset at the factory and is not adjustable. This model has fewer mechanical sealing options than the CP- and CD-models.

Corken's D & F model pumps are ideal for low flow applications involving light liquids. Unlike the CP- and CD-models, they do not have a replaceable cam but you can replace the side plates. These pumps feature an adjustable internal relief valve and have multiple mechanical sealing options.
