Scully SCUL-SENSE™ Stainless Steel High-Pressure Chemical Sensor
The stainless steel optic Scully ScuL-SenseTM sensors are intended for chemical product overflow prevention and point level detection.
On overland prevention sensors for xed tank trailer and storage tank applications, Scully provides a 5-year warranty. Scully sensors are produced at its U.S. factory, which takes pride in upholding stringent quality and safety standards, and have the longest history of safety in the sector.
They are made to work with loading rack control monitors from the ST-15, ST-35, and/or Scully Intellitrol® series. They can be applied to storage tanks, rail carriages, and road tankers to prevent overfilling.
There are 2 wire and 5 wire versions of these chemical sensors. The sensors are an essential part of Scully's patented and distinctive Dynacheck circuit architecture. Our overll protection sensor will deliver reliable failsafe monitoring when coupled with Scully electronic monitoring gear. Scully ensures a secure and dependable loading operation by continuously monitoring a "closed loop" pulsing signal over the entire system. This signal is disrupted and the controlling pumps and valves are switched off if increasing gasoline reaches the sensor. To stop the loading process, the operator is not required.
Scully stainless steel chemical sensors can withstand a variety of chemicals and are made of SS 316 Stainless Steel, Borosylicate (Pyrex® Glass), and SIMRIZ® O-rings.
Maximum safety is provided by dynacheck, which combines automatic and continuous self-checking circuitry with scully loading rack controls and onboard monitors for the vehicle.
