The F0906200 series air control valves give positive push/pull control and open/shut indication for Emco Wheaton’s high quality road tanker pneumatic valves and interlocks. The modular design caters for any number of compartments whilst the solid state design reduces the need for untidy and confusing, spaghetti-like nylon tubing. High quality durable aluminum valve bodies and rigid joints eradicate flexing and associated air loss.

Air Interlock Valve

Part # F0567
The F0567 Air Interlock is designed for installation on API adaptors, vapor adaptors, or on its own when it is used for interlocking vehicle brakes or other pneumatic components with a guard bar or door actuation. Composite material is utilized for the body, providing strength and durability. The composition includes a stainless steel lattice to ensure electrical continuity for the normal safety precautions against static electricity.

Air Control Valve (Push-Pull Switch)

Part # F0905020, F0905021 & F0905161
Lightweight and compact Air System Control Valves, designed for panel mounting. Normal applications are as control devices for actuating pneumatic valves, road tanker bottom loading and vapor return systems. These valves offer versatility, which may be further enhanced in circuits that include standard air control logic. Our international experience with fuel transportation, loading and delivery practices, allows us to recommend and offer safe and reliable pneumatic operating systems with varying degrees of safety and security interlocking.

Guard Bar Interlock

Part # F0903
The F0903 Guard Bar Interlocks are designed to pneumatically lock the guard bar, which prevents access to the system’s discharge valves, except when loading or unloading. They can also prevent movement of the vehicle by interlocking to the brakes during loading and discharge.

Filter Regulator Lubricator (FRL)

FRL (filter/regulator/lubricator with pressure gauge) or air service unit - cleans, regulates and lubricates the air that is used for the control system after it has been received from the vehicles brake system. FRL is an excellent means of keeping your air supply in top condition, as well as enabling your equipment to operate at its peak performance. AYTC carries a comprehensive range of pneumatic air preparation components and systems in multiple port sizes and mounting configurations with wide temperature ranges, and shock and vibration tested for use on road tankers.

Emergency Shut Down Air Valve

A remote control device for quickly closing pneumatic valves, road tanker bottom loading and vapor return systems in an emergency situation. These valves offer the operator a rapid means of emergency closure, remote from the main air system control valves.  They require no resetting after use. Our international experience with fuel transportation, loading and delivery practices, allows us to recommend and offer safe and reliable pneumatic operating systems with varying degrees of security interlocking.

Break Interlock Valve

Part # F0517174
The F0517174 is used to interlock the vehicle’s air brake system to the pneumatic bottom loading system, to prevent drive-off when hoses or loading arms are connected. It is used in conjunction with a guard bar or other safety interlock.

Or Logic Element

Part # 609756
The OR logic element is sometimes used in the pneumatic circuit when an air signal is required from one source or another without back feed to the other source. An example would be when control of a tankers valve is required from either side of the vehicle but not both at the same time. When it receives an air signal to one of its feed in ports a signal is allowed to through to its out port. It has 4 mm push-in fittings for the nylon air tube.

And Logic Element

Part # 609755
The ‘&’ logic element may be used in the pneumatic circuit when an air signal is required from two sources before a signal is released to activate a valve. For example, when actuation of a tanker’s valve is required only when another part of the air circuit has been activated, for safety reasons such as ensuring vent valves are open. When the ‘&’ logic receives an air signal to both of its feed in ports, a signal is allowed through its out port. If it receives only one signal it will not be transmitted through. It has 4 mm push-in fittings for the nylon air tube.

Visual Status indicator

Part # 609175
The Visual Indicator is used when a clear indication of a valve’s status (open or closed) is required. When it receives an air signal, the indicator will change from red to green. It is designed for panel or faucet plate mounting and has a 4 mm push-in fitting for the nylon air tube located at its rear. The indicator is normally used to signal the emergency valve’s status, by receiving the air signal from the emergency valve’s sequenced air cylinder once the valve has opened.

Pressure Protector Valve

Part # 611351
The Pressure Protection Valve is fitted as the first item in the pneumatic circuit for Emco Wheaton tank truck equipment. The primary application is to protect the air supply on the truck to ensure that there is always sufficient air available for the braking system.

Product Grade Selector

The EW Selector is a product grade selector control valve which is fitted directly above each loading or discharging API adaptor. It allows the operator to check and set the product grade for that tanker compartment. It also features integrated pneumatic control which opens the bottom valve for loading and unloading in one place.
