Turbine Pumps

Corken's regenerative turbine industrial pump is known as a Coro-Flo®. The Coro-Flo turbine pump is a continuous duty design and is a great choice for lower flows and moderate to high differential pressures. The liquid is circulated between the teeth of an impeller that rotates between the pump casing and head. Since the Coro-Flo is designed with a free-floating impeller, there is no metal-to-metal contact so the maintenance requirements are minimized. Corken offers several models of regenerative turbine pumps for wide range of differential pressures, and capacities.

Corken's Coro-Flo turbine pump was originally developed to fill propane cylinders. Over the years it has found its way into many other applications—especially where volatile liquid transfer is involved. It is commonly used as a vaporizer feed pump, aerosol propellant pump, and propane cylinder filling pump. Suitable for light liquids such as gasoline, solvents, and light oils and liquefied gases such as ammonia, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, propane, butane, and refrigerant gases.

F-, FF- & FD-Model Turbine Pumps

Corken's F-, FF- & FD- model pumps have a frame mount design with a direct drive configuration that mounts to a base plate. These pumps utilize a coupling and coupling guard and operators have the flexibility to choose from a variety of motor types.

DS- & DSF-Model Turbine Pumps

Corken's DS- & DSF- model turbine pumps feature a direct mount made for a standard, two pole C-Face motor with a 4.5" rabett diameter. These pumps fit 56C, 143TC and 145TC. The frame supports both the pump and motor so they can be directly coupled. This pump eliminates coupling guard, base plate and alignment issues.

MDC-Model Turbine Pumps

Corken's MDC- model turbine pumps are ideal for corrosive applications. These pumps feature a coupled design that mounts directly to a Corken supplied C-Face motor. No coupling is required so installation is quick and easy. These pumps utilize a magnetic drive configuration so no mechanical seals are required.

DL-, DLD- & DLF-Model Turbine Pumps

Corken's DL-, DLD- & DLF- model turbine pumps feature a direct mount made for a standard, two pole C-Face motor with a 8.5" rabett diameter. These pumps fit 182TC, 184TC, 213TC and 215TC motor frames. The frame supports both the pump and motor so they can be directly coupled. These models eliminate coupling guard, base plate, and alignment issues.

C- & CF-Model Turbine Pumps

Corken's C- & CF- models are designed primarily for LPG applications. These models have a close-coupled design that mounts directly to a Corken supplied C-Face motor. No coupling is required so installation is quick and easy.

HDP Turbine Pump Packages

Coken offers several HDP turbine pump packages ideal for high differential pressure (HDP) applications. These packages are available in a frame mount (FF-Model) or a direct mount (DLF-Model) only. A frame mount utilizes a coupling, coupling guard, and mounts to a base plate. A direct mount supports both the pump and the motor and eliminates the need for a coupling guard, base plate, and alignment issues.
